WBFM accepts the Bible (Holy Scriptures) as the inspired word of God. The basis ofits teachings is the Bible only. The Core Values set forth here constitute WBFM’sunderstanding of the fundamental teachings of the Holy Scriptures. Changes of theseCore Values may be made when the church attains a much more deeper understandingof the Bible truth through the help of the Holy Spirit.

5. Seeker Sensitive: We desire to create a non-threatening environment where peoplecan come to explore faith at their own pace.
6. Relationally Centered: We emphasize small groups as a primary means for people tocare for each other, develop friendships and share their lives.
7. People-Developing: We seek to help people grow spiritually and encourage
   discovery and use of God-given gifts.
8. Family Affirming: We are committed to an atmosphere which strengthens marriages and families.
9. We Believe in Church Organization: We support the church with our tithes andofferings and by our personal efforts and influences.
10. A Commitment to Growth: We will pursue methods and polices which will facilitatenumerical growth without compromising our integrity or commitment to Biblicalprinciples.
